I Feel GOOD!

Sheba, my Akbash, is getting up there in years (at least for an Akbash), she's 8 and not prone to outbursts of happiness anyway. She has always been mostly stoic and takes her guardian position seriously. Yesterday, however, she got a wild hair and I was able to catch it with my camera and thought I would share. :) Notice all the fluff from the latest "de-fluffed" bed which I am convinced they use them more as large toys, than something to sleep on. spread about the lawn.

Whew! That outburst should last for another year or two.......

I just wanted to thank everyone at this time for their thoughts and condolences on the loss of my Mom. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciated it. My blogging friends are the best!

OOh! Lots of doggies! I'm not sure I like them in person but I do like to see pictures of them! I like how the collie is ready to herd everyone! I guess I might try to play with them if I thought they wouldn't eat me.

Looks like they all had fun. What is the black and brown one? My Boomer looks a lot like that- he's a Keeshond/German Shepherd mix, and full of energy!

I love Finn in the background :) Very border collie like! They all look like they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Doesn't it just make your happy to see a pup let loose and play like that - especially when one of them is older? One of our pups has hip dysplasia and rarely plays hard like that - but when he does it makes me laugh and I stop what I'm doing just to enjoy his silliness. Your pups are beautiful, by the way!

I can tell from her posture how happy and goofy she felt.

Our 11-yr-old beagle?x will do that goofy run-around thing when he comes in the house after being out, especially if it's cold out.

He says that getting to come in the house when he feels like it makes him JOYFUL!!!!
